If you have lost or not received your tickets, you can retrieve them by following these steps:

1. Go to the ticketing page of the relevant event.
2. Click on the golden link located just above the ticketing module to display a field where you can enter your email address.
3. Then check your inbox, including your spam folder (SPAM), to find your tickets. Please wait 5 to 10 minutes to receive your tickets in your email.
